Our Services

The Center on RTI provides services on a fee for service basis to assist states, districts, and schools to successfully implement and scale-up RTI and its components -- screening students, monitoring student progress, providing evidence-based interventions that adjust in intensity depending on a student's responsiveness, and identifying students with learning disabilities. To determine what services may be needed, staff collaboratively problem-solve with the requesting state, district, or school to (a) identify and prioritize the areas of need, and (b) select evidence-based practices that can best meet those needs. We are available to provide assistance on response to intervention (RTI) to states, districts, and schools in a number of ways:

  • One-time events or activities on RTI or related topics
  • Short-term series of activities that facilitate the implementation of RTI
  • Sustained, multi-year, comprehensive sets of RTI implementation activities

We can help find evidence-based and promising practices for implementing RTI frameworks to maximize student achievement and reduce behavior problems. Available services include on-site professional development, coaching and consultation, document review, needs assessment, and evaluation of current RTI practices.

They are accustomed to working side-by-side with key SEA and LEA administrators, RTI leadership teams, and professional development providers to meet state and district goals. They are skilled at strategizing approaches, customizing resources, and delivering training. See our staff page for full biographical information.

We provide these services on a fee for service basis. We respond to both competitive requests for proposals and sole source contracts on a case-by-case basis. Our fees typically start at $2,000 per coach or trainer per day, plus travel expenses, depending on the scope and nature of the request.  If you would like to make a request for assistance, please include information about your specific scope of work and an estimated budget so that we can respond to meet your needs. If you are interested in working with the Center,  consider what your budget will allow and complete the following service request form.
